The WISE is a a borderless membership-based program delivering educational content and career development targeted in the sustainability sectors. We offer exclusive networking benefits for the women on your team leading in this emerging space. This annual program is virtual but includes in-person sessions and meet-ups throughout the year. But, if you’re not able to travel right now, our bi-weekly sessions will be enough to up-level your work in this space. These will be recorded and housed in a platform to play back at your leisure. Members are encouraged to share contact information in the directory. This is not a social media group where you never really meet anyone and relationships are as fake as emojis. That stuff is fluff and not what you need to get ahead to trailblaze forward. This is a legit network that includes applicable real-life training to raise the bar in this industry NOW. This is your Women in Sustainability Experience.

Sustainability is a topic that has come to the forefront quickly and requires rapid adaptation. This is always challenging, but when it's combined with a myriad of changing (or non-existent!) regulations standards, divisive views not only from customers but even within the leadership team, and new vocabulary to learn daily, the job is one of the toughest out there! This network will provide viable content, training, and peer-to-peer learning to support the individual practitioner and bring up the entire company behind her as she remains ‘in the know.’

Who is it for: Women leaders in sustainability that are in a variety of roles who desire networking and content to support their growth in the role and to achieve C.E. (continuing education credits) where applicable, to support their job function. 

Inclusions: Allow us to support your mission of advancing women’s leadership roles in this space by making this YOUR initiative and sponsoring and sending employees to the group. Allow us to do the work to create the content, the network, the speakers, the value, and opportunity. All you need to do is provide a little bit of time and encouragement to team members and allow them to join.

Note: Members of THE WISE network will NOT use the IN-CLIMATE website to register for the luncheon. The Wise membership includes a complimentary ticket to the half-day conference on June 25 followed by the luncheon.
