The role of women in professional and production agriculture has shifted rapidly in a generation’s time. The era when most women began their careers as the only female in the room (or in the field) has evolved to today where many major agricultural colleges graduate more females than men. While women today occupy leading roles across the industry, Women in Agriculture Sustainability is a new footprint. IN-Climate is excited to be at the forefront of the climate sustainability discussion by building collaborative and educational opportunities across the sector.
