Sarah Beth Aubrey

CEO, Founder 

Focus area: Leads strategy planning, data benchmarking and partner organization facilitation.

Founder and former CEO of Prosperity Ag and Energy Resources, an ag-specific  grant-writing firm. Sarah has twice been named a “40 Under 40” agricultural leader to watch. She’s been featured on, the Indianapolis Business Journal, Top Producer, and writes the “Farm CEO Coach” syndicated column.

Michele bivins

Growth Marketing Director and IN-Acre Program Manager

Focus area: Marketing and media content

New to the Carmel, IN area, Michele comes to us from southern Illinois where, as a kid, spent time on the family farm and showing Black Angus cattle. Michele spent the last 3 years working for Bayer as a Marketing Communications Coordinator for DEKALB, Asgrow and Deltapine seeds. Prior to Bayer, she was the Marketing Manager for a John Deere dealership in southern, IL and MO. Michele went to Mckendree University, receiving a Bachelor’s in Communication and a Master’s from Webster University in HR Management. 

In her free time, Michele has enjoyed exploring her new city and traveling to new places around the country. 

Kayla capper

Communications and Operations Director

Focus area: Event coordination, internal communications and operations, project management

Kayla comes from an extensive agricultural background, including growing up on her family's row crop operation in Southwest Indiana. She majored in Youth Development and Agricultural Education with a minor in Agronomy at Purdue University. Kayla worked 7 years at AgriGold as a Marketing Specialist, supporting the Intern Program and all their regional marketing efforts, from this position she was promoted to work at the parent company, AgReliant Genetics. She spent the past 2 years at AgReliant Genetics as the Sales Systems Specialist, supporting the onboarding and training responsibilities for for dealers, agents and the full time sales team. Outside of work, Kayla and her husband Dalton stay busy with their two boys, Boone and Stihl.
